Avoid Shipping Delays

To prevent delays or delivery issues, follow these steps when placing your order:

1. Verify all addresses: Make sure both the Bill To and Ship To addresses are complete and accurate.
2. Set the correct shipping address: When you enter an address during checkout, it automatically becomes the Bill To address. If your Ship To address is different, please check the “Ship to a different address” box and enter the correct shipping information.
3. Add a note if needed: If your Ship To address is different from your school’s address, please include a note in the order’s note field (e.g., “Please ship to my home address this time”).
4. Check city and ZIP code match: If your address could fall under more than one city, double-check that the ZIP code matches the correct city for delivery.
5. Avoid typos: Make sure ZIP codes are entered correctly as transposed numbers can delay delivery.
